That’s Harewood Panel & Paint boss Jason talking about working with our very own Phillippa. Jason’s been a client for over 13 years and in that time the collision repair industry has changed dramatically. At Pinnacle & Co, our job is to help him to stay ahead of the game and keep Harewood Panel & Paint in front of customers, so they know who to call when they have their next prang.

First – look sharp

When Jason needed his first website, he came to Pinnacle & Co. Since then we’ve built him two more, upgrading and updating each time to reflect the growth and change of his business and to stay current.

The times are changing

In recent years there have been two major changes in the collision repair industry. First the impact of COVID and the loss of tourism related work. And second, the move to insurance companies completing their own repair work in large workshops. Because of this, Jason needed to adjust his approach.

“We’ve been in business for 25 years, and we have lots of loyal customers, but the reality is people don’t crash their car on a regular basis. So we needed people who were looking for a repairer to find us. When we noticed work dropping off, Pinnacle & Co was our first call.”

Staying on top

“Jason is working in a tough industry, and he’s doing well. We appreciate him trusting us to make a plan and help him fill the gaps in his workload,” says Phillippa. Alongside regular website maintenance, to stay visible Jason invested in SEO, monthly promotional emails, and Google advertising. “Those things have definitely worked. We are always top of the list on Google,” says Jason.

Onwards and upwards

Despite the challenges, Harewood Panel & Paint continues to grow, beating the odds in these tricky times. “Over the years we’ve grown from a one-man-band to 16 staff. We definitely punch above our weight. I put that down to the marketing we’ve been doing,” says Jason. “Phillippa won’t give up on me, and I appreciate that she gives me the push I need to try things. We have a great relationship and I trust her advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pinnacle & Co. We’ve seen the results.”
